My great-great-grandmother, **Reverend Maddie Pearl Davis**, was run out of Oklahoma for reading tarot under lantern light. Her defiance lives in every card I pull today.

I know what it means to face impossible shadows. After 3.5 years in federal prison and walking through the fire of addiction, I met my darkest self – and found Maddie’s deck waiting. There, the cards taught me their fiercest truth: "Your wounds aren’t mistakes – they’re sacred texts.  Your chaos isn’t a flaw – it’s the friction of your wings growing." Now, I read for fellow seekers labeled "too much" – the sensitive souls, the black sheep, the ones ready to alchemize pain into power.
